What an amazing time at CrossPoint’s inaugural Sports and Games Day Camp! More than 130 campers joined us for a week of skills, fun, discipleship, and laughter.

“I absolutely loved seeing high schoolers help with the younger kids. My son felt so encouraged and recognized by one of the boys helping with baseball; it really made a big impact on him. Thank you for involving them!” — Amanda

“Thanks to the many volunteers who showed up for all the kids. My son had a great time. He said his basketball coach was a great teacher and he loved playing the ultra-basketball game.” — Cori

“It was great to see my granddaughter start to make friends and include and encourage some of the kids that were reluctant to participate. I loved seeing everyone work together and step in wherever they were needed without hesitation!” — Michelle

“I just enjoy seeing kids from the community or schools that I’ve subbed at come to CrossPoint functions! It encourages me to pray for them as I see the possibility of them becoming part of my eternal family. What could be more important than investing in the next generation of faith followers?” — Lynne

“My ultimate goal going into serving was getting the chance to share my love for sports with kids and teach them something. I definitely feel like I gained more serving. Not only did I have a blast, but it pushed me outside my comfort zone. I met new people that I may not have gotten to know just by attending CrossPoint and gave me more of a reason to call CrossPoint home. I love the opportunities the church gives to the community, and love that they allowed me to serve.” — Amy

“Working at the Sports & Games Day Camp was an enormous amount of fun. It was amazing to see the kids enjoy sports and the wonderful outdoors that God has provided for us. I also encourage everyone in the church to serve next year. I have no doubt it brought some of the kids closer to God, and in all honesty it brought me closer to God. As a whole, it was a phenomenal event, and I definitely plan to be a part of it again next year!” — Jerrick
