Mission and vision
The heart of residency is to equip leaders for ministry to go out and make disciples of all nations. Through this two-year ministry experience, you will gain experience and preparation for work in church ministry.

Our purpose is to raise up and equip next-generation leaders for work in church ministry.
CrossPoint’s Church Residency Program is an experience that combines focused leadership training and practical ministry experience alongside a graduate-level academic program. We focus on four areas of development to provide well-rounded training and coaching. Residents choose an area of focused ministry and work with a mentor within their specific callings, gifts, and passions.
The Church Residency Experience:
• A two-year program at CrossPoint Alliance Church in Lewiston, Idaho
• 25+ hours per week of practical ministry experience within the resident’s area of focus
• 2-3 hours per week in cohort development in spiritual and leadership formation
• 15 hours per week of academic work through Crown College
• Raised monthly support with church match
• Host family provided
